At Crony, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned or exchanged, and how refunds are processed.

This policy applies to purchases made within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be new, unused, and in original condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned

Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not be eligible for a return or refund.


2. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.


3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products.

If you wish to exchange a product for another item or variant, please contact our customer support team within the return window to arrange the exchange process.


4. Return Methods

Returns can be completed using one of the following methods:

  • In-store return

  • Drop-off at a designated location

  • Return by mail

Specific instructions will be provided once your return request is approved.


5. Return Shipping Cost

  • Return shipping is free of charge

  • No return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund


6. Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fees are applied to returned items


7. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider.


8. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons. If applicable, these exclusions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
